Would you like to cancel or change your entry? Would you like to withdraw from the event due to injury? Or would you like to take advantage of an entry discount? On this page you will find all the important information and help to make your online entry as smooth as a good bike ride. 

Online registration

To submit entries for BSI events, you must create an account (register) or log in to your existing account by entering your registered email address and password here: BSI online registration

Account registration Each profile requires a unique email address and complete profile information. Failure to do so may result in an error during the registration process.

Minors and those who do not yet have an email address In this case, Gmail provides the following help to generate a unique email address if there is someone in the family or environment who already has a Gmail account:

Gmail can interpret the “+” address extension. This means that we can add any character string to our Gmail address. For example, in the case of the address próba@gmail.com, we can add a “+” sign after próba and then additional text (próba+szöveg@gmail.com). All emails generated in this way will arrive in the próba@gmail.com mailbox. This way, your family members do not have to register a new email address, and confirmations and information will also reach you, but in our database they will all appear as unique email addresses

Important! For whom You already had an account before 2021, but not named since then and/or did not renew it in the new entry system, the do not create a new account, contact us with your name and date of birth, we will help you with the account renewal process.

New registration or forgotten password If you do not see the email address confirmation or password renewal email in your inbox, please look for it in other promotional folders.

Password reminder You can request it on the login page by clicking the "password reminder" button and entering the email address registered to the account.

If you can't find the answer there, contact us at nevezes@futanet.hu by email, where we are available on working days between 9 am and 5 pm.

Withdrawing from the event

If you are unable to attend an event you have already registered for, you have the option to cancel it from your account within the withdrawal deadline by crediting the registration fee to your online balance. The online balance can be found in the Profile / My Coupons-Balance menu after withdrawal.

Withdrawal deadline and deduction amount:

if the event before Before week 6 If the step back occurs, then the deduction extent:1000Ft

if the event before Within 6 weeks, but no later than Wednesday of the event week (you can't go back after that!) then 20% deduction will be charged to the paid entry fee.

Period of use of balance resulting from withdrawal:

midnight on December 31st of the year following the withdrawal

Withdrawal procedure for individual entries:

Log in to your account and go to Profile / My Entries / My Current Entries.

Here, select the event you want to undo and use the "undo" button.

Withdrawal procedure in the case of an individual race, if you withdraw the entry of the running partner you have nominated

  1. THE Nominations menu, under the running partner entries button, find the race you would like to withdraw your running partner from!
    You can do this by clicking the "Back" button.
  2. After withdrawing, the remaining amount can be seen in your account in the form of an online balance under the My Coupons / My Balance menu item.

 

Return procedure In case of team nomination:

The person who entered the team and paid the entry fee can cancel the team entry from their own entry account.

To do this, go to the Profile/My Entries/Current Entries menu.

Here, select the event you want to move the Team back from and use the "Revert" button.

The balance resulting from the withdrawal will be credited to the payer's entry account, with the amount corresponding to the withdrawal deadline deducted from the entry fee for each team member.

If you only want to change a team member or starting order, then use the "edit" button for Team Name. Only the person making the payment can edit it.

There is no going back. From a virtual event and the Guest Appointment. The guest appointment is transferable to another person.

The online balance cannot be used for the Balaton-Swimming event.

Different withdrawal rules apply to the Balaton Supermarathon, which can always be found in the current year's BSZM event information (on its website) in the Entry Info menu under the heading Return.

SUBMISSION AND MODIFICATION OF NAME

registration confirmation

After successful registration and payment, all entrants will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address registered with their profile.

If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox, then look for it in your spam or other promotional folders, and check in your registration account whether your registration was successful under Profile/My Registrations/My Current Registrations. You can also download the confirmation from here "Download confirmation"” button.

If you named someone else, you will find the successful entry in the Profile / My Entries / Those nominated by me menu. The people you nominated will receive the entry confirmation to the email address associated with their entry account.

When registering a team, only the registrant will receive a confirmation email!

The confirmation contains the basic details of the Entry and the specific event. The entry confirmation must be printed out or presented by phone when collecting your start number.

In case of swimming across Lake Balaton We will only accept printed confirmations, not over the phone! There is NO possibility to print them on site.

 

Invoice request

For entries submitted and paid for in the online entry system, the system automatically generates an invoice to the name and address provided in the Profile (however, this can be modified during the entry process when selecting billing information using the "modify" button). After payment, the system sends the invoice to the email address provided during registration.

If you haven't received an invoice, then check all your inbox folders among your emails and check whether your entry was successful, you can do this in the Profile / My Entries / Current Entries or Entries by me menu. A copy of the invoice can be requested from nevezes@futanet.hu by e-mail, specifying the billing name, entry date and the runner ID of the person paying the entry.

In case of swimming across Lake Balaton When paying by bank card, the invoice is issued and sent after the event is confirmed, at which time the amount previously blocked from the bank account is deducted from the payment bank card, while the transferred amount is considered a deposit. The deposit cannot be considered part of the net sales revenue. This is a guarantee. If the event does not take place, the buyer will receive the amount back. If the event is held, the amount will be offset and the invoice will be issued. The transferred amount therefore serves to secure the claim. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. In the case of payment by SZÉP card, the invoice will be issued immediately.

Corporate registration

The same entry fees and discounts apply to corporate individual and team entries as to individuals.

To enter, each person to be nominated must have a prior account registration.

After account registration or already for existing Futanet account the company nominator can nominate themselves or the company contact person from their own account based on the name they provided when registering their futanet account and the runner ID they received upon registration. "I call it something else" function after selecting the distance.

If the company wants to participate in the "The company is running" in a series, then each entrant must indicate this by entering the company name in the appropriate field during the entry process.

If more than 10 people from the company nominate, they have the following options:

THE,            A contact person designated by the company registers the employees from their own account, at the end of the registration, changes the billing address to the company name in the selection option, and then WITH A CORPORATE BANK CARD pays for the entries.

B,            If the company cannot provide a company bank card for payment of entries, the company must, after prior consultation, FROM VIRTUAL BALANCE We can provide the possibility of submitting an entry. In this case, the entry is also submitted by the contact person designated by the company in the online entry system. (BSI online registration) The virtual balance will be set up for his/her account. You must send us the amount of the entry fees, the number of people to be entered, and the company billing and contact details in advance. Settlement will be made after the entries have been submitted according to the entry fee valid at the time of entry. Payment by bank transfer, against invoice, based on the amount of the balance used. (The 0 HUF invoice automatically generated by the system at the end of the entry only finalizes the entry, this is not the settlement invoice)

C,            If the company cannot provide a bank card to pay for the entries or if the employees would like to submit their entries individually, or if the company would not reimburse them for the full entry fee, but only for a certain amount, then the company's employees have the option, after prior consultation, of: WITH COUPON CODE to register. Coupon redemption can be restricted to certain races or events. After requesting a coupon code and verifying the data, we generate coupons that employees can redeem at the end of the registration process by entering the coupon code.

The coupons are eligible for multiple or single use, we can provide these after consultation. The coupons are sent/distributed to the employees by the company contact person, for which we provide a description guide. The coupons can be used/redeemed until the end of the pre-registration period for the given event. Settlement is made after the coupons have been used, according to the registration fee valid at the time of registration, payment by bank transfer against invoice.

For version A and B To submit entries, the person submitting the entry will need the following information from the staff:

  • Name of the person to be named (exactly as registered)
  • Running ID of the person to be named
  • Event name / distance you would like to compete in
  • Start zone (planned running pace/km)
  • Name and telephone number of person to contact in case of trouble
  • Named person's t-shirt size

Registration discounts

In case of pre-registration listed below discounts are available if certain conditions are met at almost all BSI events and distances, unless otherwise stated by the organizer. You can find out about the current discounts available for the distances of the given event in the entry fee table.

Discounts are NOT available when registering on-site/at the competition center.

Spuri Gold Card program

Claim condition: Spuri Gold Card. (at least 5 valid, non-cancelled entries or 75km completed in the previous year) Spuri Gold Card program in detail Spuri Gold Card Program – BSI – Futanet.hu Only the card holder can use the discount.

Student discount

Claim condition: we automatically provide it until the age of compulsory education (currently 16 years), after which a student ID valid on the day of the event you wish to register is required. The full-time student ID must be presented when collecting your starting number.

If an unauthorized discount is used, the difference in entry fee must be paid.

Discount for people over 65 years old

Claim condition: Over 65 years of age. Above this age, the discount is automatically activated in the profile for those distances where such a discounted entry fee is available.

Switching member discount

Conditions for use: if both individual and relay starts are possible for the given distance, and they start at the same time.

Only the first member of the team can take advantage of the discount after submitting an individual entry and sending an email (nevezes@futanet.hu) indicating the use of the discount.

If the discount has been set for the applicant, they can also submit a team entry.

Discount for people with disabilities

We also welcome athletes with disabilities to BSI events. We offer them a discounted entry fee.

The discount rate varies per event and cannot be used in the following cases:: Virtual events, Balaton Super Marathon 2.4-day events, Balaton swim, events under 5km (2.5km, walking, family run, 3- and 4-person relays)

Application process and conditions: Sinosz, MÁK, Visually Impaired, Mobility Impaired card. To set the discount to your profile, you must send an email to nevezes@futanet.hu email address. After setting up the discount, the discount will automatically be visible when registering for events where this discount is available.
